I chose this hotel for attending a business symposium and it was the perfect choice. The hotel is located right in the center of the National Exhibition Convention Centre, making it extremely convenient. The conference center and meeting rooms provided ample space for our event, and the facilities were modern and well-equipped.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been helpful to have a designated area with computers, printers, and other office equipment readily available for use.

The rooms were new and had great amenities, like a huge bed and Nespresso machine. The restaurant staff accommodated my dietary restrictions flawlessly, and the concierge was helpful in finding taxis. a nearly perfect stay with exceptional service.

We were impressed by the concierge service, especially Mike, who helped us with a difficult task of collecting a parcel from a cargo depot and getting it to the airport. The facilities were also great, with comfortable beds and a clean environment. The hotel's location within the national exhibition centre was ideal for our purpose of the visit, and the convenience it offered was unparalleled.

Not obvious to find.

The large and stylish room was equipped with all the amenities expected from an international 5-star hotel. The breakfast had an excellent range of food, including Continental, Chinese, Japanese, and Indian cuisines. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located for attending events or traveling by train or plane.

The hotel's location may not be suitable if you plan to explore the city regularly, as it is a bit far. some guests experienced issues such as confusion with the payment process during check-in and check-out, and the unavailability of some items on the room service menu.

As someone attending the car show, I found the location of this hotel to be perfect. It was just right in the convention center, putting me in close proximity to the exhibition.
